THE TRANSCENDENCE PORTFOLIO PROSPECTUS & OFFERING
The Artist will be presenting his first portfolio offering The Transcendence Portfolio. The offering will be an issue of twenty portfolios: nineteen public, and one Artist portfolio. Each portfolio will be comprised of twelve 11" x 14" silver gelatin prints in 16" x 20" mounts and presented in an elegant archival portfolio case. The Portfolio will be drawn from a body of work made over five years from work at Pere Lachaise Cemetery in Paris, Monumental Cemetery in Milan Italy, Novodevichye Cemetery in Moscow and First Calvary Cemetery in Long Island. The Portfolio will be an exploration of the themes described in the Artists Statement and essay "Sensuality in Memorial Art". The
Artist is offering seven advanced Patron’s Portfolios, providing
art lovers and collectors with a unique opportunity to The Transcendence Portfolio is designed to produce a limited edition portfolio of fine art photographs by the Artist produced during a specific period of time. These images will be selected from a body of work that will include both existing images and new images to be created during the project period. Advanced Patron Offer The seven advanced Patron Transcendence Portfolios are offered for a Patron's fee of $550.00. The Patron's fee may be paid in full or by one third on commitment, one third at final image selection and one third at completion. Patron's are assured complete satisfaction with their portfolio including full refund of all fees. The Portfolios will be produced to the highest professional standards for printing, processing, matting and presentation. The Artist will select the twelve images for the final portfolio. Portfolio printing will take place during August and September, with completion by early October 2002. Images that are candidates for final selection will be posted in the Transcendence Gallery. In addition to the portfolios, Individual limited edition prints signed, numbered and matted will be offered for a fee of $220.00 for prints 20 through 30 and then at $320 from prints 30 to 100. Portfolio Release and Distribution The remaining portfolios will be released for sale through direct, on-line and gallery representation for the value of $1200.00. Traveling Exhibit An exhibit of twenty five 16" x 20" images matted to 20" x 24" will available for gallery use and traveling exhibits including lectures by the artist when travel permits. The images produced in this body of work are intended for publication in a book by the Artist with a theme focused on the issues explored in the essay: "Sensuality in Memorial Art"

the twelve images presented in the portfolio, each Patron will be
entitled to select an additional image from the entire body of work for inclusion in their final portfolio. All images will be
silver gelatin black and white photographs printed to archival
standards by the Artist. Each image will be a full 11" x 14"
printed on 16" x 20" paper and mounted on 4 ply Westminster
Museum Board window mats with outside dimensions of 16" x 20".
The Portfolios will be presented in elegant black archival portfolio
cases. Each print will be numbered and signed by the artist. An
artist bio and a
final version of the essay Sensuality in Memorial Art signed by
the artist will be included in the Portfolio.
